IMPORT OF CARBON INCREASING SUBSTANCES

Carbon enhancer is refined from carbon-rich coal ore, low sulfur content, low ash. Used to increase and compensate carbon content in gray cast iron, spherical cast iron and some types of steel.
Particle size: 0.5 – 6 mm or depending on customer requirements.
The application of Carbon increasing agent is to increase Carbon for smelting gray cast iron, spherical cast iron, and steel.
Characteristic:
High Carbon content and low slag.
– Low sulfur content reduces the amount of sizing agent needed.
Low N, H, O content prevents the formation of pores.
Appropriate particle size helps dissolve quickly and has low flammability.
Low moisture and volatile matter content, safer for oven workers.
Due to its high applicability in the smelting process of gray iron, spherical iron and steel, these are essential materials for the production of products for daily life.
