  • Payment of Import Duty and VAT:
    • After customs declaration, businesses must pay the import duty and VAT. The tax payment receipt will be required during customs inspection.
  • Quality Inspection of Goods:
    • In some cases, customs authorities or inspection organizations may require sampling of goods for quality inspection.
    • The inspection process includes testing the light output, durability, heat resistance, and electromagnetic emissions of LED lamps.
  • Customs Clearance:
    • After completing the procedures and paying all taxes, the customs authorities will issue a clearance permit, allowing the goods to be imported into the Vietnamese market.
