Procedure for Importing Bath Towels into Vietnam

1. Preparation of Import Documents

a. Purchase Contract

e. Certificate of Origin

f. Certificate of Quality

  • Content: Provides quality certification of the product if required by authorities. The certificate must confirm that the product meets national or international quality standards.
  • Legal Basis: Adheres to national technical regulations and applicable quality standards.

2. Determining HS Code

  • Content: For bath towels, the HS code is typically 6302.91 (face towels, bath towels, and similar products). Accurate HS code determination is crucial for calculating import duties and other obligations.
  • Legal Basis: Decision No. 1114/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on goods classification and HS code system.

3. Customs Declaration

a. Customs Declaration Form

5. Quality Inspection
